Cyan Eclipse Technologies LLC ("CETech", "we"), a Veteran-Owned Small Business (SBA VetCert) based in Tallahassee, Florida, operates cetech.ai, eclipsebazaar.com, thewhitereport.com, and hosted API and MCP services (together, the "Services"). This policy states what information we collect when you use the Services, what we do with it, and the choices and rights you have. 1.1 Server logs. When you visit our websites, our servers record standard technical entries (pages requested, timestamps, and the network address the request came from) for operation, security, and troubleshooting.
1.2 Audience measurement on thewhitereport.com. We count visits to The White Report without cookies. The measurement uses short-lived hashed values whose salts are destroyed within days. We do not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings for this measurement, and we do not join measurement records to individual subscriber identities.
1.3 What you send us. If you email us, submit a form, or subscribe to our newsletter (hosted by beehiiv), we receive your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
1.4 Customer records. Purchases and paid services are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Hosted API and MCP services authenticate by API key, and we keep usage and metering records tied to the key.
Our websites do not set advertising cookies, do not use cross-site tracking, and do not fingerprint browsers. The audience measurement described in section 1.2 is cookieless by design. Third-party services we link to or embed (including the newsletter platform) operate under their own policies.
Our data feeds are built from public sources published for reuse, including government open data and official lists. One feed republishes names and identifiers exactly as they appear in official government sanctions lists; those names are part of the public record the issuing governments publish. We do not sell personal information, and we do not build profiles of individuals for marketing.
We share information only as needed to operate the Services: with service providers such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and cloud marketplaces through which a service is delivered, and when required by legal process or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You may contact us at inquire@cetech.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion or correction, and exercise these rights without discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA.
EEA and UK visitors. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on these lawful bases: performance of a contract (paid services and subscriptions you request), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Services and responding to inquiries), and consent (the newsletter, which you may withdraw by unsubscribing). You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
We may update this policy. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date, and the version posted here is the current one.
