Cyan Eclipse Technologies LLC is a veteran-owned small business in Tallahassee, Florida. We build AI-native applications and services: deterministic governance and automated safety infrastructure for autonomous AI agents — and Eclipse Bazaar, the marketplace where MCP servers, connectors, and tools carry a bench record instead of a promise. The founder you contract with is the engineer who does the work.
AI-native applications and services, built on one conviction: autonomous agents need governance they can be held to — and trust that doesn't run on faith. Each line below is backed by work you can inspect, not a menu we hope to grow into.
Deterministic governance for autonomous agents: written mandates, spending policy, approval gates, kill switches, and sealed audit records — so an agent's authority is explicit, bounded, and reviewable after the fact.
Custom AI-native applications and the services behind them — agent tooling, hosted relays, certificate automation — designed agent-first, not retrofitted with a chat box. NAICS 541511.
Independent verification as a service: unit and scenario-based testing, static analysis, vulnerability scanning, and coverage analysis — the layer that complements a delivery team instead of competing with it.
Our public Test Bench: products run against published criteria, are scored on sealed scorecards, and are labelled with exactly the scope they passed. CERTIFIED means a bench ran, in that scope — and the card is public.
Trusted because it's tested — before listing, and again as versions change.
Eclipse Bazaar is where companies and developers get MCP servers, connectors, and tools whose status is a record, not a claim. The catalog — 86 listings and growing — spans our own Eclipse products and third-party submissions, and every listing carries its bench status where you can open it:
Statuses are version-bound. A verdict earned by one version never carries silently to the next — when a server ships a new version, the new version is screened and benched on its own record.
How a company or developer gets listed — the same path for everyone, our own products included. There is no house lane.
Send us your MCP server, connector, or tool — a registry name or a repository URL is enough to open a submission. First-party Eclipse products enter through this same door.
Every submission runs the automated conformance screen: install, handshake, tool schemas, safety hygiene. Listings that pass are published as SCREENED, with the sealed screen record attached. The screen is free, its full output is public, and paying never improves a screen result.
The optional paid bench is the certification path: a deeper, human-adjudicated run against published criteria. Full bench $500 · scoped re-bench $150. A bench ends in a verdict — CERTIFIED(scope), PARTIAL, or FAILED — and the sealed scorecard publishes either way. The fee is owed regardless of verdict; paying never changes one.
Your listing carries its sealed score and status, bound to the exact version tested. Ship a new version and it re-enters at the screen — status is re-earned, never inherited.
Badge licensing ($1,200/yr) opens after our certification-mark counsel review completes. Until then, certification is conveyed by the published scorecard, not a licensed badge — we don't sell what counsel still holds.
Every product carries the scope it was actually tested in. A label like CERTIFIED(sandbox) means exactly that — the sandbox is what passed.
| Product | What it is | Test Bench status |
|---|---|---|
| The White Report MCP | Live, hosted news & data server for AI agents — listed in the official MCP Registry | CERTIFIED(live) |
| Eclipse Agent Wallet | Agent wallet where spending follows written policy: caps, allowlists, human approvals, kill switch, audit log | CERTIFIED(sandbox) |
| CertBridge | Agent-native TLS certificate issuance & renewal (ACME / Let's Encrypt) | CERTIFIED(staging) · live issuance proven on our own domain |
| HostBridge | Scoped, reversible website deploys to shared hosting, with snapshots and receipts | CERTIFIED(simulator) |
| Eclipse Connect | Hosted OAuth relay — agents act on approved content without holding your credentials | CERTIFIED(dogfood) |
| Eclipse Bazaar | The marketplace for tested agent tools — MCP servers, connectors, and tools; every listing carries its bench status, or says it has none | Live |
| Eclipse Apply | Policy-scoped job applications — review-first, verbatim-only resume tailoring with verifiable diffs, receipt ledger | In development · bench pending |
| Eclipse Procure | Agent procurement suite — signed quotes, Wallet policy checks, guarded checkout, hash-chained receipts (goods, services, environment) | Spec — not built |
Our tools are open source (MIT) on GitHub — read the code, the READMEs, and the audit logs before you ever talk to us.
Every Test Bench verdict links to its scorecard — including what was not tested. The White Report MCP's live certification is the current example.
The White Report publishes crypto & AI news daily, with a public scoreboard that grades its own falsifiable calls as they resolve.
Cyan Eclipse Technologies LLC was founded in 2024 and has no past performance as a firm — no federal awards, and we won't imply otherwise. What we offer instead: a founder with 15+ years of hands-on software engineering, key-personnel experience on demanding defense programs (detailed in our capability statement), and a public body of tested work you can verify today. The right first step is a small, fixed-scope pilot — a test sprint, a static-analysis pass, an MCP tool build — judged on the deliverable.
Agencies are being asked to put AI agents to work faster than the rules for governing them are being written. Wherever your program sits on that curve, there is a bounded way to work with us — sized to the stage you are actually in, not the one a sales deck wishes you were in.
You are deciding what agents should be allowed to do at all. We help frame the governance questions first — what authority an agent holds, what it may spend, what it must never touch — and supply tested tools from Eclipse Bazaar so evaluation runs on benched software, not vendor demos.
You have a use case and a deadline. We build the AI-native application or service as a small, fixed-scope pilot: written mandates, approval gates, and sealed records from the first run, so the pilot produces evidence your reviewers can use — whichever way the decision goes.
Agents are already in production and the audit questions are getting harder. Our governance and safety infrastructure — policy-bound wallets, mandate-bound execution, recomputable receipts — gives programs a record of what every agent did, under whose authority, that survives scrutiny after the fact.
No vehicle is listed here that we do not hold or are not actively pursuing, and pursuits are labelled as pursuits.

An offer is in preparation under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (IT category), shaped around the Startup Springboard pathway for young firms. We are not a Schedule holder today, and nothing on this page should be read as one.
The fastest route onto a program is as a named subcontractor to a prime of record. We take the independent layer — testing, static analysis, agent tooling, findings documentation — under the prime's direction, and we start with a small fixed-scope pilot judged on its deliverable.
Our thesis for public-sector AI is deterministic governance and automated safety infrastructure: an agent's authority is written down before it acts, bounded while it acts, and reconstructable from sealed records after it acts. Guardrails that live in a policy document can be ignored by a sufficiently confident model; ours live in the execution path, where they cannot.
Our design approach is aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework — its Govern, Map, Measure, and Manage functions shape how we scope, build, and bench. That is an alignment of approach, stated plainly: it is not a NIST certification, and no such certification exists to hold.
Not ready to talk? Start with the catalog — every listing's bench record is public, including the scopes that were not tested. That is the whole pitch, in inspectable form.
